The Economist Intelligence Unit, on behalf of Towers Watson, surveyed senior executives at companies across Europe and found that UK companies are the most likely in Europe to feel that their current benefit programmes will not be fit for purpose in 2020. The survey covered 84 UK company senior executives, of which 60% said they planned to offer more choice of benefits in the future.
