The Retirement Security Project (RSP) has released an analysis of the Pension Protection Act 2006, which shows that Congress may still have more work to do to make the Saver's Credit available to lower-income households. RSP estimates that automatic enrolment, when fully phased in, could generate $10-15 bn of extra contributions to 401(k) plans each year.
