This is based upon the responses from approximately 1,700 people and covered subjects such as how easy it was to contact a pensions administrator, the length of time it took for the administrator to respond, and the sort of complaints made to administrators.

Raising Standards of Pensions Administration (RSPA) has published the cumulative results of its member survey on the quality of service offered by pension administration service providers. Overall, 59.8% of respondents were very satisfied with the service received, while 6.2% were very dissatisfied. The responses have been collated for the period from September 2007 to October 2009.
