2004 Employee Benefits Survey
Changes in employee benefits
May 2004 United Kingdom Scheme Issues & Trends
This research highlights the constant changes in employee benefits, in particular the fact that defined benefit schemes are now offered in less that half of UK workplaces: only 40% of UK companies offer Defined Benefit pension schemes, down from 57% in 2003. It also reveals that 46% of those Defined Benefit schemes are now closed to new members.
