6th European Repo Market Survey
Overview of the repo market
International Securities Market Association (ISMA)
Mar 2004 Europe (including EU) Investment - General
This survey shows there was a dramatic increase in the amount of total outstanding repo business settled through tri-party repo arrangements in the six month period from June to December 2003. Continued steady growth in the European repo market as a whole during this period is also indicated, with a further increase in the market share of electronic trading systems.

European Repo Market Survey No 4
Survey of the Repo Market in Europe
International Securities Market Association (ISMA)
Mar 2003 Europe (including EU) Investment - General
This survey estimates the total value of outstanding repo contracts on the books of participating institutions at December, 2002 to be EUR 3,377 billion. This figure effectively establishes the lower boundary for the size of the European repo market and suggests that the market growth has stalled in the six months to December reflecting difficult global economic conditions.
