Department for Work and Pensions Professional Services Group Communications Directorate
Jan 2013 United Kingdom Scheme Issues & Trends
The latest DWP research tracks attitudes and intended/actual behaviour in relation to pensions and later life for working age people. 30% of respondents claim to have seen, heard or read something relating to workplace pensions, the drop has been attributed to a reduction in other noise about workplace pensions. Respondents were positive regarding automatic enrolment, although only one-third had heard of it, however three-quarters thought it was a good idea.
