The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) has published its second report on the understanding of business readiness for automatic enrolment. Whilst 33% of respondents had not heard of automatic enrolment legislation in 2012, all the respondents in the 2013 survey had heard of it. The 2013 findings also revealed that 71% of employers believe that the legislation is complex, compared with 54% in 2012.
