120 delegates from 70 UK pension schemes responded to a survey at the 2007 Pension Summit organised by BNY Mellon Asset Servicing and ABN AMRO Global Securities Services BV.  The results show that 46% of delegates believe that the shift away from defined benefit schemes is irreversible, with the remainder seeing deregulation or less government regulation as the way to reverse the trend.
