A survey by the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) has revealed that 61% of respondents are in favour of increasing compulsory super contributions out of their wages from 9% to 12%. Male savers (65.9%) were more likely to support the contributory rise than female savers (55.4%).
