Investment Consultant Survey
Survey of senior investment consultants on Multi-Manager issues
Association of Institutional Multi-Manager Investing (AIMMI)
Oct 2002 United Kingdom Advisers, Investment - General
Interviews were conducted with 15 senior investment consultants from 13 leading consultancy firms based in the UK. The findings show that consultants believe the multi-manager approach to investment will attract significant pension fund assets over the next five years. One reason given is that this approach can help trustees comply with the Myners recommendations. While the general view is that smaller funds can benefit most, funds of all sizes are expected to embrace multi-manager.
