A new study by Aon Hewitt and Ariel Investments has found that the retirement savings of African-American and Hispanic employees have been hit the hardest by continued economic uncertainty. Of those surveyed, half of all African-Americans and 40% of Hispanic employees carried a loan balance at the end of 2010.
