SMSFs easier to manage but rule changes double the challenge, says survey
Keeping track of rule changes now the biggest challenge
AMP Capital Investors
11 Apr 2006 Australia Investment - General
According to research released by AMP Capital Investors and Investment Trends, more self managed super fund (SMSF) investors now find it easier to manage their SMSF than they did a year ago. Keeping track of rule changes is now the biggest challenge facing these investors. Around 87% of SMSF investors, compared to 82% 12 months ago, find managing their SMSF easy and 32% cite tracking rule changes as the hardest part of running their SMSF, up from 16% last year.
